Should I Wear a Mask?

Masks are a personal choice. If you have a specific concern, please talk to your RMT and we can discuss a mask wearing plan that ensures your comfort.

Where are you located? Where can I park?

We are located on the second floor of 239 Menzies street, above Subway and Sushi Matsuri. We are located in the back entrance of One Yoga Victoria.

There is 90 min street parking available on Menzies, as well as at Thrifty’s in the James Bay Square.

There is an elevator located in the entryway, and a bike rack located directly in front of the clinic.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge at the practitioners discretion.

Why use a registered massage therapist?

RMT’s work with illness, injury and disability in a diverse and broad patient population. We are governed by the BC Health Professions Act. BC RMT’s receive the highest training standards in North America and are required to take mandatory continuing education courses by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.

What should I wear?

This is largely up to you, the patient. While most modalities rely on skin-to-skin contact to be effective, you are ultimately in control of the treatment and our practitioners will accommodate you. All treatments are done using appropriate draping techniques, and your privacy will be respected.

What is massage therapy?

Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues, fascia and joints of the body to augment physical function, reduce tension and relieve pain. RMTs work with illness, injury and disability in diverse and broad patient populations and focus on disorders of the musculoskeletal and related systems.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! Liz, and Kim are accepting new clients.

Meagan is currently accepting clients by referral only.

If you are a returning client and don’t see a time that works for you, you can find our waitlist here.

Do you offer pre-natal massage?

Yes! We have a pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay face down as long as you feel comfortable to do so in your pregnancy. That timeframe differs from person to person. When using the pillow is no longer comfortable, we do the treatment in side lying with an abundance of pillows to make you feel like your being massaged on a cloud!
