    Liz is a compassionate RMT who believes movement is a key aspect of maintaining good health. She likes to incorporate stretches into her massage and she will work with you to determine an effective treatment plan.

    Liz likes to get to the bottom of what is causing the issue, acknowledging your own interests and needs to build a treatment plan from there.

    She graduated from WCCMT Victoria in 2017 and likes to use a combination of techniques including myofascial release, active stretching, and relaxation while encouraging breaths throughout.

    Particular issues of interest are stress and anxiety, shoulder injuries, and neck injuries. That being said, she is happy to take on any issue you may have!

    Kim graduated from WCCMT Victoria in 2014. She believes that Massage Therapy can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being as well as your quality of life. Her style of massage is a blend of deep tissue and relaxation, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Expect epicenters of tension to be a focus during a treatment with Kim, within your comfort and threshold for pressure. When not practicing massage there are many other things that bring her joy - mountain biking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

    Meagan is passionate about movement, connection, and a balanced lifestyle. She works with each client's individual needs to help them continue to perform activities that bring them purpose and happiness in everyday life. With a strong background in the physical practice of yoga, you can expect that you will talk about how using elements of this movement practice to compliment your massage therapy routine is an accessible and important part of creating more freedom, less pain, and a sense of coming home to your body.

    Rudy likes to spend time relaxing at the studio. He’s a gentle guy who loves meeting new friends! He is often present in Kim’s massage treatments. If you are allergic to dogs or have any concerns, chat with Kim about your comfort levels.
